All students in any northern Nevada school district that want to participate in the event must turn in this application by 9 a.m. on the day of the event or earlier to a location listed below. Don’t miss your chance to win a new deck, swag or paid tuition to Woodward Skate Camp this summer!

If you meet these requirements, you are in:

• All participants must be 7-18 years of age

• All participants in the any northern Nevada school district must submit their official grade report or have a teacher signature on their application verifying GPA by 9.a.m. the day of the event

• All participants must fill out a liability form
